"Very convenient location for a long layover."

"The hotel is in a convenient area of Shinjuku with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. However, the room was quite small, making it difficult to fully open large luggage. The room also felt a bit dated, and the portable AC unit wasn't powerful enough to keep the room comfortably cool. While the location is good, it's not quite as close to the train station as we expected, so be prepared for a 15-20 minutes walk. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location."

"朝食のビフェットで小皿の多い日本食にトレーがなくてテーブルに運ぶのが不便だったのでグランドスタッフに頼んでトレーを特別に貸してもらいました。ビフェットにはトレーがないと不便だと思います。部屋がコンパクトで大きなスーツケースの開け閉めがかなり大変だった。バスルームのシャワーヘッドの水圧が強くて気持ち良かったです。お部屋から景色が素敵でした。"
