"I booked a no refund stay expecting that if extra ordinary events would be allowed. For a start Emirates 4 days before my flight changed my flight from 10:35am (EK315) to 1:40am (EK349) which destroyed my stay reducing it to 4 hours as I flew up on the 5th on SQ232. That flight after an aborted landing went to KL. We returned to Singapore and I got to stay in the hotel for 1 hour. No allowance was given by the hotel. "

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful we had arrived 5 hrs early and was able to get us a room in an hour after we got there the hotel is clean and nice and is walking distance to Tiong Bahru Market where we practically ate every day great food great prices it was also close to a lot of places the subway Chinatown we took the bus as the bus stop was just right around the corner "
