"Clean room, very pleasant and helpful staff. But not very happy with the tap water in the bathroom.. as it splashes water on clothes. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!"
