"The one problem was the check in time. 3 p.m. suits car drivers but not train travellers , they have to carry suitcases around for some time if they if they arrive earlier."

We had a couples massage during our stay and the spa in the hotel is top notch. The room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a nice separation of spaces. The nightly turndown service was unexpected and appreciated. We pretty much loved everything about this place!"

"The hotel staff are really nice very helpful my room was on the 3rd floor was like a maze to find it the room it self was clean and basic with tea/coffee. Room was a great size bathroom very small ( nothing the hotel can do about that ) the double bed was really nice good size nice warm bedding with great pillows. Black out curtains would be nice as the ones let in loads of light. Nothing bad, breakfast was good as well definitely worth the money before leaving. All in all very good I’ll be...

"Lovely hotel in good location to the beach. Small car park with £15 daily charge which doesn’t guarantee your space, you may lose the space if you go out! However there is free parking on West Overcliff Drive, but get there early to get a space. Follow the road round to find a space. There is a car park right next to this road also, but you may as well try a free space! Dog friendly hotel with seperate dining room and we were surprised by how many dogs.
