Parking gate wouldn’t read room key. Had to ring for assistance each time. Free cocktails only served well drinks. When I requested an upgraded drink they gave no partial credit and made me pay full price ($24.50) for one drink. That is absurd. The room was nice and the breakfast staff was very nice.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Orlando. The room was very spacious with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all of us. A few highlights from our stay: Evening Reception: Really enjoyed the complimentary two drinks during happy hour! Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious items to start our day. Service: The staff was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families traveling to the area!

Somehow the hotel said they didn't receive notification from Expedia that I had booked and paid for two suites but they took care of everything and all was good. Welcome reception has gone downhill since my last visit years ago but it's still nice that they offer it. The Fort Myers location has a much better breakfast but still great.
