Overall it was pleasing however there with the beddings, stains were present. Another issue we encountered was the lights and the electronics. They were suddenly turning off multiple times on their own.
I loved this property. It was a 5-star resort and you could tell immediately. Customer service was wonderful. The only thing that was off putting was the security. There were police eveyone and security machines just to come in and out. I felt like I was in a military state.
PROS: Near the airport (NAIA). Size of the rooms. CONS: Initial check in was poor. Handling of the luggage curbside didn’t happen. The initial check in at the front desk was hurried and not welcoming. Food at breakfast was low quality.
You must be kidding! We were there in the afternoon around 330 PM. The lady at the lobby had no idea we were even coming, and they had no contact information.
