I stayed in this condo because of it's location which was very close to Terminal 3. I will rate this place -- 3 out of 5 for the following reasons. -- pillowcases did not look clean, there were hair or black particles --- air conditioner wasn't sufficiently cool from 12:00 to 4:00 am. I felt so warm that I was unable to sleep. --- after i took my shower, i was looking for a hairdryer, there was none. --- i tried communicating with the person in charge but there was no answer, rather no reply. I requested the guard to call on my behalf but he explained that I will just keep trying. it was my first time to stay in a condo and i think that will also be my last.

Do not book this. We arrived at 11pm and the property owner or manager didn’t show up. We called multiple times but no one answered. The staff was not helpful either. I will never book this property ever. I think Expedia should remove them from the list.

There was no hot water in the kitchen, the cook top did not work. Checkin was terrible, didn't know we were arriving. The care taker didn't answer phone for an hour. Kitchen dining table was a board attached to wall with two small stools that might hold a child.

The condo itself was great. Only a few mins away from Newport mall and NAIA terminal 3. Main issue was checking in. Apparently it wasn’t properly communicated that we would be staying the night so we were not able to be in the room until about an hour and half from our arrival. It would’ve been great if they compensated us with a late check out, but was only given an extra 30mins.

A poor experience overall.
The front reception area was lovely, however things went downhill from there. The front desk staff were unable to help with check in, I needed to contact the owner of the apartment directly. The lady I spoke to appeared to be confused by our arrival, and kept asking for proof of the booking. Overall this took nearly an hour to get sorted which was not appreciated after a full day's travel with young kids. When we finally got to the room, it was very cramped and basic. The key to the door did not appear to work properly (I think the lady rattled off something in Tagalog about how to use the key). Overall a disappointing stay and glad we were there for one night only.
