The Heritage Hotel in Manila is an excellent stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with a good variety of food to choose from. The restaurant is also very good with a good menu and good food. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the renovated rooms are much nicer than the older rooms. If you don’t mind paying a little extra. The hotel itself is very secure and in a good location.

This is my second time staying in this Hotel with my family. The foyer is amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, always fresh clean towels daily. The beds are comfortable. And what I want about this hotel is the proximity close to SM Mall of Asia. Shuttle to and from the mall is a bonus. Definitely will stay here again.
