"Front entrance does not have hotel entrance. The room is spacious. Our bathroom smells like sewer. Convenient to eating places. "

"Check-in was fast & efficient. Room was not in a good state. Floor was dirty (my blackened sole of my foot is a testament of this). Refrigerator was leaking & there was a large puddle of water on the bottom level of the fridge as well as on the floor outside the fridge. Both the bathroom lighted mirrors were not working. These were almost the identical problems in the current room 203 as what I experienced last month in room 302. And this room is supposedly to be the top category room in the hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The First Clark Hotel & Residence. The entire place is very clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again."

"People from the front desk are not very helpful no towels too and every time you ask for the manager that just ignore and there Is a guy in the front desk his name is Bryan this guy is rude not very approachable. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all "

"Better then what you get in the US. Pool was under going Maintenence but they were working on it. Alot of places to eat. The TVs do work with Apps, thats all i use anyways ,plus a functioning YouTube for guests. GRAB app works great too and smoking in the pool area. Cant really complain at all especially not for the price. Thanks Vera!! I'll be back definitely. "

"Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no blankets. The A/C was difficult to get the temperature set at a comfortable level. WiFi was too slow in our room, causing us to go by the pool or lobby. The lobby was beautiful, but the management should focus more attention on room conditions and guest amenities and services! The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate our needs. I liked the “Grab” service which made it easy to order a Starbucks drink and have it delivered to our room! "
