"Staff were super nice, it was real close to a 7/11 and to the Tokyo Station which was nice. Room was a pretty good size for 1 person not super spacious but enough for going in and out"

"We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely hotel. Room was small but we expected this after reading reviews but we only used it for sleeping, washing & changing so it was not an issue. The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu. The staff we came across were lovely & friendly & always spoke when passing. I would recommend this hotel if your staying in GINZA "
