Location is great! Right in Ginza and short walk to shops, Ginza 6, and Shimbashi Station. The rooms are small (normal size for Tokyo), but comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant on-site, but we did not visit. There aren’t the usual amenities (gym, pool, etc) you might find at other hotels, but we did not find the hotel lacking. In room amenities like toiletries, coffee, tea, etc are provided.

This hotel is conveniently located to the train line, Ginza 6 for shopping and food options. The room is spacious for Japan standards. The staff was very professional and their service was top quality. They go above and beyond in customer service. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice stay. The service from the staff was exceptional and have made our experience highly memorable, they also speak good English which was so nice. The bed is a little hard is my only minor criticism. I highly recommend this hotel for its high quality food and the view within the restaurant is amazing.

The location is great, near Shimbashi station and walking distance to all of the shopping in Ginza. The hotel was exceptional, the room was clean, the provided breakfast was delicious and the service staff were absolutely amazing.
