"Check in and check out was smooth as long as you bring the necessary documents which was sent by the owner. The documents includes the necessary instructions for check in/out and use of the appliances. A jaw dropping upon entering the unit and the balcony! It is unworthy to leave this unit unclean! I will surely stay here when I am back in manila!"

They were asking us questions we had no clue about, like what room we had reserved- to which we reponded Max Stays- Max Style, only to be told that the owner or the rep of the owner had left and did not leave a message to them that anyone was coming!
