I am truly disappointed with my stay in this hotel. I was given a room with an a/c problem and a tv that is broken! after I reported both issues shortly after checking in (talked to operator couple times and front desk ) maintenance person arrived 40mn after to check and indeed both weren't working! hour after, manager showed up started questioning me what happened with the tv?? I explained the problem numerous time that both weren't working when I turned them on when I got in the room, in fact the bellman who helped us adjusted the a/c but I was really uncomfortable so I called it in. Anyway, I felt that they were doubting me, they said tv was working with no issues (per their maintenance) after last guest, ofcourse it sounded not right to me, instead of a relaxing stay this turned out to be NIGHTMARE! being questioned many times for something I have nothing to do with is so wrong and annoying, IF THE MAINTENANCE WOULD HAVE CAME RIGHT AWAY AFTER I REPORTED ISSUES I WILL NEVER BE IN THIS STRESSFUL ANNOYING SITUATION I would never be questioned over and over and will never felt offended, unwelcome/avoided and was transferred to another hotel instead which was okay but still....I understand they are "investigating" but it sounded somewhat like I was the one to blame when they said that theres no reported issues before I checked in! They should never say such thing until "investigation" is over and finalized?? therefore guest will never feel like a suspect!
