"This hotel is in a good location in Ginza. It's not far to walk to the nearest Metro station and the Ginza 6 shopping centre is just across the road. The staff were very helpful. We stayed twice - at the beginning and end of a 6 day trip to other cities. The hotel were happy to look after some of our luggage while we went on our travels. On the first visit we had a room on the 4th floor. the room itself was very small. The double bed had one side pushed right up against one wall which made getting in and out of bed difficult. There was a very strong smell on the 4th floor like dampness which was sometimes pervaded one of the lifts. The hotel was very clean so this smell was odd. On our return we had a room on the 5th floor which was bigger and the smell was less obvious on that floor. The rooms themselves did not smell at all. I would go back to this hotel."

"Tons of food nearby, close to train station. There is a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel which is so nice and convenient. The room is very small but you can make do but you will be completely stepping over all your luggage and it gets cramped quickly. The bathroom was nicer than other double bed rooms I’ve stayed in in Japan. The staff were helpful and nice and the hotel never felt crowded. It had laundry I just never used it but there was no onsen in it to my knowledge. It was easy to get back after a long day of walking and the area had a lot of food around. The bed was kind of hard but some people may like that. I requested more pillows and they brought them promptly and were very accommodating. Overall very nice would recommend!!"
