"The only problem was that the toilets are so low. Us seniors have a great deal of trouble getting on and off. Other than that our experience was excellent."

"I loved this place, it was amazing, honestly! There was some damages to the walls when i got there and some patch work that needed painting. But i was so looking forward to a warm bath. And then i find the drains been broken. Other than that it was bad. Maybe a rug under the bed."

"Spacious and clean, air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool on a very hot day. Dog treats at the front desk, refreshing fruit infused water , loved the access of the room from the parking lot which worked great for my dog. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Nanaimo! "
