" Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and had good sound proofing considering the TransCanada noise outside. Easy access to the ferries. Will stay here any time we travel through Nanaimo. "

As we were walking out the door the phone started ringing. This was a Monday morning, we’re sure it wasn’t that busy that the room needed to be straightened promptly at 11:00. "
