Older building, soft beds, weak pillows, low efficiency toilet, tv had a repetitive glitch, odd stairway layout, but potentially some of these could be addressed by reno underway. The lobby/water feature area had a strange fishy odor. The blinds arent 100% black out. No pool or hot tub. Some rooms do have nice harbour view. Fair price reflects quality and amenities.
