"We (family of 5) recently stayed here whilst visiting Shibuya. The pre check-in information was comprehensive and check in was a breeze. The place was clean and spacious esp for Japanese standards. The place was well looked after and close to Shibuya station. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Shibuya. "

"The food was amazing! Took advantage of it one day and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was fresh and so many options. The hotel itself was 100/10! Super clean, tidy, eco friendly and perfect location to use subway, taxis, transportation, etc. very quiet at night that I would sleep with balcony door wide open to let in cold fresh air. You could see Mount Fuji from the 10th floor where our room was located. "

Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing. "

"Staff is great. Location is in the middle of both Shibuya and Harajuku stations with lots of things to do and see in the area. Easy to stroll the alley ways of Omotesando and Shibuya. The hotel is an OG Dormy Inn with smaller rooms and a small bath area. It’s located next to the tracks so you can hear trains when they pass. "

We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities. The space was large and allowed our family to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Highly Recommend."

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."

"Our stay was well above expectations. The location could not have been more central to where we wanted to be! Super easy access and close to Shibuya Station. So may good restaurants and shopping below the hotel. Shibuya Winery was a great stop to start the night! The view of Tokyo was gorgeous and the room size was well enough for my wife and I. Staff deserves more than 5 stars and there is no doubt we will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo!"
