Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing. "

"Staff is great. Location is in the middle of both Shibuya and Harajuku stations with lots of things to do and see in the area. Easy to stroll the alley ways of Omotesando and Shibuya. The hotel is an OG Dormy Inn with smaller rooms and a small bath area. It’s located next to the tracks so you can hear trains when they pass. "

"Our room was good sized, especially since rooms in Japan are typically much smaller than the United States. The hotel had a floor with washer/drying machines and a microwave. We had an excellent view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building which has light projections at night. The hotel had a 711, restaurants, shops and some art displays to enjoy. "Our stay was well above expectations. The location could not have been more central to where we wanted to be! Super easy access and close to Shibuya Station. So may good restaurants and shopping below the hotel. Shibuya Winery was a great stop to start the night! The view of Tokyo was gorgeous and the room size was well enough for my wife and I. Staff deserves more than 5 stars and there is no doubt we will be returning to this hotel for our next trip to Tokyo!"

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."
