"Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff works incredibly hard. The roped off area for Wyndham Club (time share) members was a little over the top. We noticed that nobody was a member of that exclusive group and those segregated areas sat unoccupied such as the Private beach area and dining areas. Very weird. "

"We had the time of our lives and made the most of this all-fun inclusive vacation. Staff were amazing, food delicious, parks as fun as can be and the hotel was just paradise. "Clean rooms/ good food/ great beach space! The only challenges I had involved a very uncomfortable bed- the bed was so hard, I actually had sore hips from sleeping on my sides. The other challenge was that drinks weren't served until 11am. Sure, you can get a mimosa at breakfast, but when on vacation in Mexico. I start my day with an Ojo Rojo 😂 But seriously, the buffet was AMAZING - we didn't even need to visit the themed restaurants - lots of options for all meals and it was all good quality. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff provided extras when needed. Overall, a good vacation spot- would definitely go back!"

"Room wete clean every day. Did have a leak in bathroom as the air conditioner tray over flodded with water. That came down the ceiling. Morning breakfast we had to wait 10-15min to get a seat each morning as short staff. "

"The property is closing down for a well deserved refresh. Hopefully the renovations keep the charm of an authentic Mexican experience."
