"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo. "

Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out."
