"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"We searched all over for great place to stay. The location of this hotel to the trains and to the major tourist area was perfect! It was easy to walk everywhere. Check in and out was super smooth, the people at the front desk were very friendly and always willing to help. Security was great at this hotel as you needed your key card to get to the rooms in each floor which was so nice. The room was quite small but all in Tokyo seem to be. It was perfect for what we needed"

"This is an excellent location in Asakusa, there is a Uniqlo and restaurants locayed on floors 1-4, and the hotel lobby on floor 5, there is a Donki next door, and and so much other shopping all within a short walk from the hotel, there were street performers on the weekend and the streets were alive with activity, but nothing crazy all very family friendly. Also very close to the subway line, we will stay here again when we come back. I will say the rooms are small, but I understand most hotels are like this, I will say the hotel is clean with a buffet breakfast which includes American and Japanese breakfast staples, buffet is available for a fee, it was good and convenient. "This hotel is perfect as a base to do a good north east side of tokyo trip your walking distance from the sensoji temple. You have 2 different train lines you can hop on and get anywhere you need to so quick. The food around the hotel is great for quick bites as well as a lawson and a family mart across the street for drinks and snacks as well.
The room it self was great we got a skytree room view to be able to see it lit up everynight would recommend the upgrade. Beds bathroom and storage were plenty enough for what you need if you are planning on dropping your bags and running out to explore and see everything.
Namely the air conditioning was a life saver as we came in the summer and 90-96 degree (33- 35 c) temps were brutal with the humidity."
