We had such a nice stay at Tomos. It was cosy, compact yet has everything you need. The staff were all friendly and helpful, more importantly, they speak good English. The only down side is probably the distance to the train station. But this can be easily solved by taking a bus for 2 stops. If you are able to walk, there’s discovery down every corner!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Both the day and night staffs were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made our trip extra special. The view of the sky tree from hotel roof top was stunning as well. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Tomos. It was our first hotel in Tokyo and it was great. We had the family room so it was enormous by Tokyo standards. The roof deck was also fantastic for viewing the lights at Tokyo Skytree at night. The staff at the hotel were all lovely and incredibly helpful. They helped us arrange our luggage transfer to our next destination. We are a family of three with two preteens so having a 7/11 directly across the street was super convenient. It is located about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Overall would highly recommend the Hotel Tomos for a stay in Asakusa.

Everything was exceptional but most especially the staff. They were accommodating and professional. The only cons I can think of is there is not enough storage in the room. Maybe they can make use of the space below the sink and under the beds as a storage cabinet/drawers but other than that we had a great stay.

This was a very nice quiet place to stay at location was easy to walk to the Sky Tree annd Sensoji Temple. We loved 7/11 being across the street. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful for directions and helping us set up luggage service. We highly recommend this place as we had a hard time finding comfortable places for a family of 5.

The room was very spacious, perfect for organizing all the stuff you bought at the end of your trip!
