We had a comfortable couple of days- Room had a decent view of the Tokyo Skytree but the view from the terrace was superb! Highly recommend and we would definitely want to stay again! Staff were very courteous and friendly- instructions were clear and easy to follow in both English and Japanese. Laundry room had 5 machines in the laundry room and you can even monitor the progress or check if it's occupied from the TV in your room. The access to the Oshiage Station entrance was pretty convenient though do plan ahead if you are carrying any luggage and look for elevators!

This is our second time staying here, and it was just as great as what we remembered. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great view of the Skytree. Can't beat the location with it being steps away from the train station (also with direct trains to the airports), restaurants, grocery stores and, of course, the Skytree itself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. They noticed that we've stayed before and gratefully welcomed us back. This trip, my son got a cut on his leg, and the staff kindly gave us some bandaids. Such small gestures, but they made such a huge difference during our stay. Luggage holding was convenient and allowed us to explore freely after check out.
