"Property was clean, Staff was AMAZING!!! We went for my 50th birthday and they all did so much to make me and my family feel special. Our butler Edith made sure we always had everything, she checked in on us everyday. Pablo and Bae were the entertainment staff and every afternoon and evening had wonderful things for us to do or watch, so great. Ismael and Melli at the family pool bar took care of us everyday and made very tasty drinks. The food was great at every restaurant even the buffet! I cannot say enough great things about The Majestic Mirage. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Majestic Staff!! "

Room service was horrible I’m currently breastfeeding my infant son and have to eat random hours of the night. Day 1 food was horrible, Day two I called 1am-3:40 am Yaritza personnel said they didn’t have service available anymore. Day 3 took 2 hours to have meal deliver because i called and asked about the service. This was a very unpleasant experience due to me breastfeeding my infant child and not having food to supply my milk production. "
