We had arranged for them to pick us up from La Romana cruise terminal. They were on time and very reasonable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We loved the spacious clean room with a very comfortable bed and lots of pillows. The beach area is perfect with umbrellas, soft sand and warm water for swimming.
