"The property was very well located and quiet. There were lots of cafes, restaurants and food stores in the vicinity. It just a short stroll along a flat road to the station."
"The property was nice, the staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the bakery connected to the hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here. "

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
10/10 Excellent
"Love this hotel, when in Shinagawa always stay here "
"Our stay at the Excel hotel was wonderful. The room size was sufficient, and their bed was soft and clean. Their toilet was a bit small, but that is a given for a Japanese hotel. Regardless, we had an amazing time. The location is probably the best part. Close to the train station, shibuya crossing and shopping centres. Truly convenient. "
"This hotel is super conveniently located to everything I needed! Their laundry facilities were supremely helpful and the fact that I could check if any machines were free from the comfort of my room was amazing!! The front desk staff was really helpful and helped me book luggage forwarding to the airport for the first time, had a luggage scale to borrow, and had a fully stocked amenities bar for my personal grooming needs. I could not ask for a better hotel and will definitely be back!!"
"Rooms are small, but as we've learned, to be expected in Japan. Kitchen area is modestly stocked and could use more utensils and kitchenware.
The friendliness of the staff, comfortable lounge area to work in, proximity to the Shinsen Station line that connects to Shibuya, and quiet, lovely neighborhood filled with small restaurants, a market across the street, and a nearby 7-11, make staying at the Tokyu Stay Shibuya convenient and peaceful.
