"Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but you can store luggage at the reception. "

"This property feels noticeably more elevated than other Tokyu Stay locations I’ve stayed at, and it shows from the moment you walk in. The hotel is fairly new, and the room finishings reflect that, dark wood accents, especially in the bathroom and shower, give it a warmth and sophistication you don’t always get at this price point. Everything was spotless, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the AC was so effective I had to turn it off after a f to avoid freezing — a very welcome problem after a long day slogging around Tokyo in the heat. Check-in was seamless, and the welcome drink (coffee or tea) was a small but thoughtful touch that goes a long way after a long flight. But the real star here is the location. Sitting right across from Ebisu Station with quick access to Shibuya and Shinjuku, you truly could not ask for a better base. Ebisu has serious nightlife energy — every night the sidewalks fill up with people out on the town, great bars around every corner, and a 24-hour Yoshinoya steps away for when you need to refuel (get the yakiniku meal set — you’ll thank me later). Come morning, decompress with a leisurely walk through Daikanyama or make the easy 15-minute stroll to Nakameguro. This neighborhood has it all, day and night. And when you’re ready to elevate the evening, Yebisu Garden Place is just a short walk away — grab prime rib at Lawry’s, a steak at Peter Luger’s, or cap the night with live jazz at Blue Note Tokyo. "The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."
