"Our stay was unforgettable even though we only stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with the volcanoes view. Definitely coming back and staying here again."

"Their parking for big vehicles is at a different building but it has an elevator that takes you straight to the hotel. It needs better labeling."

"The place looks magnificent. Great gardens, and excellent view. However extremely poor value for money. We paid more than USD 320 per night and we got nothing for that amount: No coffee in the room, no minibar, no body lotion, no iron, no bath robes, no gim, no shuttle services to the main city street. The hotel restaurant has poor menu and very expensive. To summarize - very poor value for the money we had paid."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained; however, the female receptionist's approach was cold, not friendly or cordial. Immediately I didn't like the vibe. The room is REALLY SMALL. You can barely walk and the setting is completely akward. For the amount you pay for the room, I can't believe that they do not even have a TV in the room. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean. The rugs are quite stained. They do have a shuttle but it’s 40 q’s each. An uber would have been cheaper. "

"Everything was exceptional! Staff, room, service, accommodation (needed a late check out), and the ambiance was excellent! This was my second stay there and upgraded to Superior spa suite. That room will WOW you! We will be back!"
