"Well this place is OLD unkept, and over price for the quality. Staff was very professional. Doors broken, locks not working, walls crack and chipped very bad. Furniture were stained and due to city pest control spray that day there was so many bags all over the room. Which they had time to clean since we arrived at 6:00 pm and pest control was before noon "

"Location was good in regards to the lake and shopping about 10 min walk. As far as free complimentary breakfast goes… they told me I had to pay to get my child a plate of food I guess its only free to adults?.. makes no sense to me also the guests who ate prior to us had more choices so if you want a good breakfast wake up early and be the first ones there. "

"This hotel in villas was an oasis of calm a block away from the clamor of the main road. Waking up to Birdsong is one memory I will cherish in this place. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast good too. It’s located about a 10 minute walk from the Atitrans shuttle stop or the Embarcadero, and about 15 minutes from the public beach. I recommend this for anyone thinking of staying in Panajachel."

"Beautiful hotel with tranquil gardens. Heated pool and jacuzzi were both immaculately maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Sunday breakfast buffet had a huge variety of both local and international cuisine. The buffet in the week was still quite large and everything we had was delicious. There is a beautiful bar with great cocktails and friendly staff. After staying at mutiple different hotels in the area this is far and away our favorite."
