"Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the volcano. Beautifully decorated, large room with jacuzzi and large shower. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. My only complaint is that they were hosting a wedding the night we stayed there and we had no idea going into it, so we weren’t able to eat at their restaurant that night. The music was loud but ended early, other than that this hotel is beautiful. The rooftop restaurant and bar are great also! "

"I love the property, is an antique,colonial style it has wverything you need close to park, center of the cuty very safe, clean ecological the only problem i had was the noice around property and people bring dogs barks all the time . if you wsnt to relax is not the rigth hotel .But is great for children ."

"The Mason de Valle is part of the AHS hotel chain, and when you stay there you can use their pools and rooftop terraces in their other locations. Staff was so helpful and all of their properties were beautiful. PS we really loved Katie!!!"

"This was our most economical stay during a recent trip to Guatemala, and it was great for the price! We had a clean comfortable room with 4 beds and a mini-fridge. Shower was great and internet worked pretty well. We loved having the tables on the balcony and the always stocked coffee/tea/water station in the hallway was awesome! "
