"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The walk ability to Tokyo Station is excellent. The beds are a bit firm for our preference but were great quality and we slept just fine. A great option for access to the station or for the first night after a long flight."

"Hotel was located next to Tokyo Station so it was very convenient. Bus, train, metro and shinkansen transportation options were easily accessible. Lots of dining and shopping options within Tokyo Station and buildings surrounding the station. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on future trips to Tokyo if available."
"Really lovely room and nice staff. We had everything we needed and more. The TVs were easy to set up on Youtube for our daughter and the kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to have meals in our room. There are convenience stores and pharmacies very nearby and a vending machine next to the entrance. It was great to be able to leave our luggage there on our last day for free, and everything felt very safe. Recommend!"
