My family have been coming here for over 15 years. We love where it is, often walking into town and back, beautiful. Wildlife outside the door, hot tub wonderful. Room was fab with full kitchen. Loft bedroom had its own bathroom so that was nice, I could do my makeup and hair in there haha. View was amazing. Indoor pool is refreshing in summer. Just a peaceful gorgeous place.
Indoor hot tub was great after long days of hiking. Room wasn’t over the top but had everything you need including full size fridge, oven, microwave range and toaster. Cleaning staff was excellent. Large balcony you share with other units separated by a privacy wall. Parking is convenient and make sure you get your complimentary bus pass as parking downtown is either paid or hard to come by. Buses every 20 minutes or so and only 2 stops to get downtown. About 7-10 minutes.
Very beautiful location..
Downtown Banff was accessible and now falls is like 5 to 10 mins by car from the hotel.

The pool and waster sides were fantastic. The room was very spacious for my family
Things I didn’t like the stove didn’t work we had an other family visit us but their children couldn’t swim with mine because they weren’t registered guest I understand the facilities are directed for guests, but it seems weird that they wouldn’t make an exception.

The check in process was great the staff were very helpful in the navigation of the building. The room could use a good cleaning there were grubby light switches and the plug in the bathroom looked as if it has experienced an electrical problem. The sheets had tears in them and there were only a few plugins that worked.
Great stay for our young family. Pool and slides / playground are as described and great fun. The only thing was that our room wasn't ready until 30 min past 4..
