I was only there for a brief visit, but the staff and facilities were great. I wish I could have stayed longer, enjoyed the pools and so forth, but my room was very comfortable and accommodating and the staff who assisted with check in, check out and other transactions were friendly and helpful. Aside from the check-in process which was horrible and the line was crazy long. The comfort of the hotel felt like home. The kids enjoyed the place and they also had activities available to do if you just needed to stay in a hotel. All in all 8 for me.

We had a pretty busy week in Orlando planned so we didn't use much of the resorts amenities, but the room was excellent. Clean, well maintained, lots of space, and a great value for what we paid. Spacious bathroom, good kitchen area, and nice screened in patio. I would definitely stay here again. Good location too, making it quick and easy to get to the Disney Parks, and right across 192 from Publix making grocery runs convenient.

We stayed in an A unit - no kettle if you like tea. Has a hot plate, fridge and microwave. The pull out couch was not comfortable. Pool area and hot tub was great! Good parking. Close to grocery and restaurants. Depending on traffic, 17 min to Disney Springs and 25 to Universal. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at Vacation Village on Parkway in Orlando. The location is excellent—very close to Disney and many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for our family to relax after a long day at the parks. The resort grounds were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and the amenities like the pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay if you’re visiting the Orlando theme parks. Good value for the space you get, and convenient for families.
