Toy and the entire team rock oh and the extra special touches with your partnership with the cafe / restaurants were perfect as we ate at all three …and the elegant mothers say touch with photo opportunities were priceless as we were here for a mommy and daughter annual trip ! "The room was very small and very very basic. It was not worth what you paid for. The amenities were good and the lobby very clean and nice but the room not so much. You get more room if you stayed at a Holiday Inn than you would here. The room felt like a closet with a bed and bath. No microwave and not small fridge. If you are looking for just the bare basic in a room then yes it is for you."

"Beautiful old (but renovated) building conveniently located near Broadway and Times Square. Excellent bed and shower (no tub in our room). Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. Not a big deal but something to be aware of. Only issue: parking. We drove from mid-Michigan but could not make the last 1/4 mile to the hotel because of road closures. Certainly not the fault of the hotel, but something they certainly should have been aware of. One would think that the valet or doorman would notice no traffic going past the hotel. I mention this only because I called the front desk as we were approaching NYC - no mention of the closure. We spent over an hour in Manhattan evening traffic trying to get to the hotel. When I called asking for help I informed them of the closure and they did direct us to off site parking, about 8 blocks away. They also upgraded our room. So, once we finally got there everything was great and we will stay there on our next trip to NYC."

"Room was quite small, no room to even open a suitcase anywhere. Bathroom was also very cramped. The bedding and sheets were not comfortable. The room was clean though and staff were nice. Good location."

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Location was prime! Having the bar/ restaurant on site was very nice. Room was well appointed. Valet was convenient. Overall wonderful experience!! "

"the room wasn't very clean bathtub and toilet were pretty dirty. There was handprints on the glass window. Desk had some sort of build up. Carpet is VERY old and dirty it's even starting to tear up near the door. Not quite worth the price i think there are better options but great view, location, and staff! "
