Convenient location, clean room, I like this hotel. There’s family mart at the 4th floor

Rooms were well cleaned, location was excellent and the staff was very courteous and patient

Would stay here again!

Very clean. Good sized room and bathroom. Convenient Shuttle to the airport.

It’s just an overnight stay. So I can’t say much but the room is very clean. Staffs are very friendly and are helpful. There’s a convenient store and a couple of restaurants just across the street. Location’s great. It’s just a few minutes away from Haneda Airport. The hotel also provides courtesy bus service to and from Haneda. So the transportation is not a problem. Overall clean, comfortable room. Very accessible and good location. Sorry just got one photo as I was tired, hungry and cold from...

Good for the price

Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby.

It was a comfortable stay. Room was spacious enough compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Aircon has both cool and heater settings. Room was being cleaned daily, toiletries are also being refilled daily. You can opt to have your towels changed as well. There are pajamas available but the bottoms are a tight fit so it will fit only the females comfortably and will not fit XL frames.

Room and bathroom is clean, staffs are helpful. Breakfast very affordable, not too many choices though. Air conditioning is very good. And if you don’t want to take the taxi or train to the airport, there is a shuttle bus at a nearby hotel which is just around 4mins walk. Highly recommended.
