"Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Quick to assist with any questions. Location is great, with easy access to transit and walking to nearby neighbourhoods (Shibuya, Roppongi, etc). Lots of great nearby eateries and convenience stores on every other block. Was great with kids, the sofas easily are turned into quite comfortable beds. Our tall for their age 7 and 10 year olds fit very comfortably. The room is a good size, especially by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was...

Daiichi Hotel Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel with great friendly service, got to use the lounge which was lovely. Great position in the city "
"Check-in was quick and easy.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice at the lobby restaurant & the pool facilities were good too.
Only mark down a little by the signage & pathway to the pool which seemed long & the pool water was too warm."
"This was an amazing stay, our family really enjoyed it. The hotel was super accommodative with the bed situation bringing in a rollaway at no cost when we needed a 3rd bed. We stayed in a really affordable suite that allowed us access to the lounge (which included a cool daily afternoon tea experience and happy hour) and the daily breakfast buffet (which was an amazing spread and we don’t normally like buffets) for free. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time we can make it back to Tokyo."
"We loved our stay in our king deluxe room with balcony. It was spacious and the amenities were wonderful. Loved the pj’s offered and room spray that made the room smell sooooo good. The Akasaka neighborhood is a hidden gem in Tokyo. Lots of places to eat nearby, close to stations that take you anywhere you want to be, and a wonderful quiet charm away from the busy parts of the city. Our family loved our early morning walks to the station or 7/11 nearby. Hope to stay again soon. "
"Excellent traditional style hotel. Staff Excellent, impeccably clean, comfortable. Near government buildings if travelers want that. Otherwise taxi and subway available.
7-ELEVEN in basement was wonderful!"
