"Hotel door not working & required to go around back. Old mattresses with black mould around the back. Poor customer service on arrival & throughout stay. Cockroaches in room & elevator. A bunch of dead cockroaches in the cupboard that were not cleaned up. I pressed the button to instruct “do not disturb” and my room was cleaned when I came back. Room was alright "
