if you like Indian cuisine then this hotel is for you. They do not serve international breakfast selection rather Indian based recipes. I have allergies to spices so i was not able to eat properly.

Nice property with big, beautiful pool. Room was large with comfortable bed. The only inconvenience is the access to the ice :). Since it was really hot during our stay, we had to call the front desk several times to request ice. I wish we were able to get ice ourselves whenever we want.

A Nice Stay

We had a nice stay here. The room was pretty good, except that there was rather little closet space available. The swimming pool was nice. The location was pretty good with Little India's restaurants nearby and a subway station underneath the hotel.

Fantastic hotel for a city break

A great hotel for a city break. Brilliant amenities, great customer service, swimming pool. We stayed in a room on the 15th floor with the fantastic view of the area. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room was huge. Staff were great and we had a warm welcome. The hotel is a short underground ride to the centre and Marina Bay. We would stay there again. The hotel has the most amazing pastry chef. The cakes are sold in the shop at the lobby. They are divine.

Excellent room, great pool and a good gym. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location near MRT and walkable to Little India. Comfortable bed, hot shower. We were kept awake by some noisy people but after phoning reception the noise stopped. Kate check out and ability to use facilities after checkout was very helpful.

One Farrer Hotel in Singapore stands out as a 5-star resort, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Situated in the vibrant Little India district, it provides guests with a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complemented by a fitness centre and spa facilities. These amenities are available to all guests. Towels are provided. Those guests staying on the 18th, 19th and 20th floors are then able to utilise a smaller pool on the 18th floor, which boasts views over the city. There were very few negatives/ criticisms found during my stay, but one was the cleanliness of the pool on the 18th floor. The windows are covered in limescale and sadly ruins the luxury pool experience and obscures the view across the city. What truly sets One Farrer Hotel apart is its commitment to outstanding customer service. The staff's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are excellent. We experienced relatively minor issues when we checked into our room, that being the TV not working and some of the plug sockets. A shout out to the duty manager, as once he heard about the issues, he flawless tried to rectify it and as an apology, moved us rooms, by means of an upgrade, into a specular suite. The genuine commitment by the hotel to provide exceptional and genuine customer service was noted.

Not a bad 5 star hotel. Pool was great. Rooms were nice. We were meant to get 2 free drinks, but were never offered them, and by the time we realised, it was too late. Staff at reception are okay but not super friendly.

The rooms were bright and clean. The large swimming pool was terrific with plenty of chairs to lounge around on. Proximity to a MRT station was fantastic for us 2 seniors. Will stay again at this property if any chance to return to Singapore although the hotel needs to inform guests there is to be no spitting in the pool and to clean up their drink cans, dirty tissues etc around the pool and any other parts of the hotel (we actually witnessed a male actually spitting in the pool, (not a child) and walking out without gathering their rubbish.

The hotel is advertised as "Hotel and Spa", butt they do not have a spa. When I tried to cancel the reservation and move to a hotel with spa, they wouldn't allow it, and didn't accept responsibilities for false adveey..... The location is also far from all attractions and shopping. I will not stay here or recommend it.

Lovely property, nice faculty & team

Pleasant stay. Better than expected. Like many hotels in SG, the hotel was quite full. However, the team did not make it appear so - from the friendly & efficient checkin (mr param), at tea and at breakfast (mr mike) and through to checkout (mr param) again. Service level was consistently high. The only wierd thing was forcing all hotel guests to wear wrist tags, at the poolside restaurant for late afternoon drinks. (there was a private event taking place simultaneously - apart from being loud, with strangely dressed people walking about, the actual hotel guests were made to wear coloured wrist tags. Shouldn’t the event organisers/participants be the ones with tags, since they were clearly not guests at the hotel?). Yes, the event and associated ‘requirements’ spoilt the overall peacefulness of the place.
