Stayed here just for a few hours though, it was a good experience. The nap room was too cold though, I can understand someone prefer cooler temperature. The staff was great. Although I had a bit tricky request at that time, they could resolved it nicer, especially handing over my request internally perfectly.

The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport.

Don’t bother

The chairs are completely uncomfortable. The charging points are inconvenient and the food is awful. You’re better off finding a seat in the airport itself. It’s a complete waste of money. Don’t bother.

Extreme long waiting time ( in the middle of the night) to finally get served and have access to “the room”. Since it was not a closed off space just thin partitions that didn’t reach to the ceiling, it was impossible to sleep since there was constant noise and snoring coming from the other spaces…!
