"The room was great. More then expected. The staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our time there. Only issue we had booked for penthouse as there was an elevator and after day 3 elevator didn't work so we had to walk all those stairs. I do realize fixing it was out of the employees control so we can't say anything bad or negative about that. Overall I believe we had a great stay. Exactly what we wanted away from the tourist zone."
