"I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts across various destinations in Mexico, this one was by far the best experience I’ve had Food was amazing our room was in good condition for a 10 year old property but the 2 main highlights for me were the location and the extremely helpful staff, regardless of room category or status level it seemed like all guests were treated the same. It’s a smaller resort so everything feels a little more personal and upscale, no reservations for dinner no towel cards for the pool just take as many as you need, room service arrives in 20-30 minutes and house keeping is very consistent. Special shoutout to Mel and Erik, best entertainers I’ve encountered at a resort.. Chepo and Miguel at the pool deck for keeping our drinks full all day and Santos at the Italian restaurant! Will be staying here again. "

"Not a big deal. The food is ok. The drinks are terrible. The room service is good. I have definetly had better and worst times in other resorts."

"We had the time of our lives and made the most of this all-fun inclusive vacation. Staff were amazing, food delicious, parks as fun as can be and the hotel was just paradise. "The pools were nice, but they close at 7 p.m. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful but it's showing its age The reason I probably won't go back is because the smell from the seaweed made me nauseous. It's too bad they aren't doing anything to clean up the coastline."
