"We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible. My favorites were Rincon Mexicano (tacos and flan!), Asiana, Dolma (chicken parm and crème brûlée) and Spice! If you go to Spice, look for Miguel! He was really awesome! Would definitely recommend Hyatt vivid to friends and family! I will visit again! "

"From the moment I arrived at Devossion by Live Aqua, I was completely impressed. The resort was spotless, everything from the rooms to the pools and common areas was beautifully maintained and sparkling clean. The food was amazing! Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented, whether it was a casual bite or a fine dining experience. The spa was pure relaxation, a true highlight of my trip. Huge shoutout to David and Angie at the spa for making my experience so rejuvenating and memorable. I also want to give special thanks to Augusto at the grill and Raul at La Cocina, their service and hospitality were top notch. In fact, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. This resort has everything you could ask for. From cleanliness, luxury, incredible food, and genuinely caring staff. I’m already planning my next visit. Devossion by Live Aqua is truly a place I’ll revisit again!"

"This is a great place to stay! I liked the room with kitchenette, balcony and modern bathroom. Hotel staff is awesome! 10 minutes walk to the beach and beach clubs, tourist mile with lots of stores and restaurants, right before the beach. The highlight is the rooftop pool! Beautiful view and very relaxing up there. Perfect if you travel with someone. Female solo travelers, spend the extra money and stay at the Expedia gated Beach resorts."

"Nice property, great location and surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Our stay was short, but it was perfect. We had a city view room with a nice balcony. Beds were soft, air conditioning worked well, and house keeping had our room cleaned early. I enjoyed the pool area very much"
