"The staff were very accommodating and tried her best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the station, not the closest but still walkable. There are plenty of food options around the area. "

However the rooms are quite small but manageable(as expected of Tokyo budget hotels) Wish theres an option to remove the massage chair so we could use to space to store our luggages as we had resort to storing our luggages next to our bed/corridor"

Loved having a washing machine and dryer within the apartment as it made such a difference with how much we needed to pack. Beds were comfortable and towels were changed on request. We were also given PJs to use during our stay. "

"Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 rooms per floor so didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during our stay. Hotel staff helpful, though with limited English. They have a translator machine on hand so communication is possible. Recommend you hand Google Lens or something similar as the washing machine/dryer, air con and tv don’t have English instructions. Once you figure it out it’s fine"

"Great access point, staff were friendly and helpful and though room was small it was cosy. It was perfect location for Tokyo centre. Away from the madness of Shinjuku and close enough to other areas. Plenty to see and do nearby , really perfect location. There was nothing even slightly negative I could say about the place. I would stay there again."
