Clean and wonderful room as expected! I usually come here when I come to Tokyo. The location is extremely convenient (less than a minute away from JR Akihabara station and a little bit longer to get to subway Akihabara stations) and the area has some good restaurants. I look forward to staying again!

Very convenient location with easy access to everything. The room was bright and had a nice view. The hotel could use some renovation, as the bathroom grout had visible stain buildup and did not look very clean. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay and would stay here again.

Real nice room, If I could change something coffee and pastries should be a free service, especially since they have a 7/11 next store and it's cheaper and have better pastries, so if I were them I would just make it free for customers.

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. The room itself was small as expected but its cleanliness was outstanding, and was fully equipped with everything you need. The staff were fantastic and helped us out whenever we needed it. Its location right next to the Akihabara station is great for trips around Tokyo and makes getting back to the hotel a lot easier. Would definitely stay again.

A comfortable room with a great view. The area is very convenient and makes it easy to travel around all of Tokyo. Their support to travelers was excellent. Would recommend for a solo traveler or a couple.

Best part was definitely the location. It was right outside the Akihabara train station, and was very close to the main area of Akihabara for checking out all the shops. Location huge plus! This was my first introduction to the service industry in Japan and they didn't disappoint! Was very happy with the overall service provided. The room was solid. Booked a small single room and it had what I needed in it, including an extra charger that was nice. Some things were on the very small size. For a westerner over 6' tall, the chairs were too small to bother using. But bed and bathroom were fine if not good. The biggest downside was the room temperature. It was way too hot, and when I tried to bring the thermostat as low as possible, it was still way too warm, uncomfortably so when I tried to sleep with the only one sheet/cover available.
