"From the moment I walked in, the owner was welcoming and made me fell comfortable. The home was beautiful and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious "

"The apartment was nice but misleading then what was presented in the photos. My guests and I were disappointed to see we were staying in a storage unit. The apartment was filled with every “holiday there is” items! All these items were in the hallway leading to the apartment and inside throughout the apartment. With all these items everywhere, it made the apartment very small. One of my guests is a Jehovah’s Witness and found the items very offensive. For example, there were books of witchcraft...

"We love the building very high ceiling. It is also close to Inner Harbor. "

"It was a special hotel filled with lots of characters and old world feel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the temperature control in my room was not working so I had to ask the front desk to control the temperature. I would’ve preferred the temperature to be warmer but it was keep defaulting back to cooling when it reaches the desired temperature. Othe than that, I liked the friendly service and the restaurant. The food and service was excellent!"

"Loved the location, great view, large apartment, easy check in/out. Only complaint was both couches were very uncomfortable to sit on, ok as beds."

"Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance."

"The staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service. "

"Horrible, opened door to strong smell of pets! Immediately stuffed up and couldn't breath. Luckily was able to spray lysol that helped after 20 minutes. very cold inside with draft running across the bed. No heater controls and heat is controlled from upstairs tenants. Heat only came on at 2am and smelled like cat, also cat outside door crying. Had to sleep fully clothes with long johns and comforter to barely stay warm. Was 2 night stay for 2 people and only given i small towel and wash...
