"The pool is small and requires reservation. We didn’t find any food menu for the bar, so we ventured out in the evening. Everything is walking distance, or the free bus. The room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly."
"They never find my room. Every time I stay there. I booked 2 beds like I always do and after taking forever to find my reservation, they told me they only had a room with one bed. Whats the point in making a reservation for 2 beds if they dont hold a room with 2 beds. They told me I could get some money back which I said no. I wanted what I reserved. They finally gave me what I reserved.
Before this, we got there earlier in the day and needed to use the restroom bc we traveled a couple hours. They sent me to the café for a key to the bathroom. The café told us they didnt have a key and sent us to someone else. It was annoying. All of it. Ive stayed here at least 10 times and it used to be great. Not so much at all anymore. They dont care about you. At all. Nice location though to everything. Just disappointed in how they treat you now."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore Downtown Convention Center Area
6/10 Okay
"Room wasreally nice a comfortable. However not enough room for 4 adults even though it was a double queen suite room. I reserved another room that was said to be a double bed standard room. It was exactly the same room as the double queen suite and $100 cheaper. I don’t think I had the double queen suite but got charged extra for it. That kind of took away from what would have been a great experience."
