"Everything was amazing "

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pillows were wonderful. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. There are restaurants in walking distance of the hotel."

"Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. "

"It was a special hotel filled with lots of characters and old world feel. The bed was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the temperature control in my room was not working so I had to ask the front desk to control the temperature. I would’ve preferred the temperature to be warmer but it was keep defaulting back to cooling when it reaches the desired temperature. Othe than that, I liked the friendly service and the restaurant. The food and service was excellent!"

"Came to Inner Harbor for the night, visited the B&O Museum, Inner Harbor restaurant and Fort McHenry. Hotel location was excellent, staff was courteous and attentive, room was nice (bed is a little hard), breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was especially pleasant with their greetings and assistance."

"Great location. Great atmosphere. The bar and lounge area was great. Nice music, nice drinks, nice food, overall nice atmosphere. Free shuttle to and from Arundel Mills Mall, Live Casino, and other local area spots. Nice weekend getaway. Very much enjoyed."

"Everyone I mean Everyone had this wonderfull ATTiTUDE the clean people ,the maintenance people say goodmorning to you, the staff telling you have a good day, When I walk outside I was ready for anything because they made me feel not good,BETTER than Good and I have not felt good in a long time, Staying there was the best thing, I slept for 7 hours straight no interruption, I have not done that in over30 years, No Joke"

"This is not a luxury hotel, but for business travel, it is a solid choice. Walls are solid. I could not hear the person in the room next to me AT ALL unless I was standing right at my door when that person shut their room door. For a hotel that offers free breakfast, the choices and quality were good, but not exceptional. Didn't appear to be anyone wiping off the tables though after someone finished their breakfast. Would have appreciated a pen and notepad in room. Staff was super friendly...
