"Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend"

"This property is amazing. There are some spectacular views of the volcano’s surrounding the area. Lots of dining and landmarks in walking distance. Restaurant and bar inside the property are great places and convenient."

Internet was not reliable, so not a good spot for bringing work, and the TV was not available much of the time due to internet outages. Also, not much within walking distance if you do not have a car. But fantastic for tuning out and having fun in the water!"
