"Great staff and Villa was in good shape but the kitchen could be better equipped. The shared pool was pretty good, food was good but a little overpriced, coffee could be better too. Guatemala has great coffee. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend"

"Pros - Food options delivered to your villa and a pool on property. Cons - Living room furniture was low budget and uncomfortable. the floors weren't mopped properly so we needed to wipe our feet off before getting into bed. "
