The service was very good, and the food was excellent. The room was also very clean. The only thing I would recommend is being more careful with the floor in the dining area, because the humidity and heat can make it very slippery and dangerous to walk on.

It is nice clean and landscape and area is very pretty Pools were a bit warm would have preferred colder because of the hot weather. They have water to drink on every floor which was great. They have ice but you have to request it. Rooms were clean; overall a great place to stay

Food was good, what you can spect from an all inclusive pools clean and one beautiful endless pool all the way to the other side of the property. Don't spect any ac. When having breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bar was great, beer and basic liquor.

The staff were amazing. I speak very little Spanish and struggled with a language barrier. However, the staff were gracious and accommodating making me feel welcomed and safe. Truly a great experience.

The resort was really nice the swimming pool really nice too the food excellent . But l had some inconveniences with my booking. The customer service awful they give. Really hard time with the booking and breakfast included. They didn’t had the information in the computer and they refused to give me my breakfast included. Bad customer service the sheets in the bed were clean but the skirt look nasty . Ho edtly l will come back to that resort.
