Oceana Resort & Conventions - All Inclusive

"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to help. Additionally, one staff member was not very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the entertainment activities. There was a game where guests had to name things such as countries, fruits, and other categories, but it was conducted entirely in Spanish. While I understand that many guests speak Spanish, it would be nice if activities were also offered in English or made bilingual so that English-speaking guests can fully participate and feel included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, especially the food and oceanfront atmosphere, but I believe there is room for improvement in guest services and inclusivity during activities."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Cayman Hotel. The view of the ocean from my balcony room was beautiful and one of the highlights of my trip. It was wonderful to wake up and enjoy the scenery right from my room. I would also like to recognize the waiter, who was very friendly and provided excellent service during my stay. His kindness and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful ocean views."

"Expidia equivocó mi reservación en fecha era para entrar 6 y salir 7, dos personas y tomaron 1 persona entrando 5 y saliendo 6 exijo un reembolso, pésimo servicio, no recibí confirmación y tuve que pagar de nuevo en el hotel pésimo servicio, segunda vez que me pasa con expedía, no la recomiendo para nada"

"The room was nice and clean.I stayed in the 2 nd building part of the hotel which was nice and quiet but I didn’t like the fact that every-time I wanted to get back in the hotel I had to knock on the main door and wait for someone to open. Also the room was never made up. The breakfast was great and the location too."
